Refund policies
Our policy lasts 3
days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer
you a refund.
Cash on Delivery
(COD)
The customer will
receive the refund through a bank transfer within 7 working days after the
product has been returned. The customer has to provide us the bank account
details and once the cash is deposited we will be sending a scanned copy of the
deposit slip along with a confirmation. Please note that the delivery fee will
not be refunded.
In order to receive a
refund on an item:

The item
must be unopened, and in new and resalable condition.
·
The item
must have all original packaging, parts and accessories.
·
If an
item was in a plastic bag or shrink wrap when sent to you, in must be unopened
and still in the plastic bag or shrink wrap.

The item
must not be a food, custom product or gift card
·
If a
product is not in original resalable condition we have the right to reject the
return, in such cases a refund will not be offered
·
The item
should be unused, unworn, unwashed and with no imperfections. Mold items can be
attempted on to check whether they fit will in any case be thought about
unworn.
·
The item
should incorporate the first labels, client manual, guarantee cards,
complimentary gifts, and frill.
Several types of
goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers,
newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that
are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or
gases, Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal
care items.
To be eligible for a
return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received
it. It must also be in the original packaging and there should be a valid
reason to return an item. We have the right to refuse acceptance to an item
return depending on the reason.
We are not
responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. If you are
concerned about items being lost or damaged during shipping, please insure your
package for the value of the items being returned.
You are responsible
for the cost of return shipping and insurance.
While we make every
effort to ensure the accuracy of each order, occasionally there may be a
discrepancy in your order. Please take a minute to inspect your order
thoroughly when you receive it. If an error is found please contact us at call

Cancellation Policy
The customer can
cancel the order within 6 hours from the time the order has been placed or at
time of delivery if the packaging has been tampered of damaged by us, wrong
order being delivered or items missing from your order at the time of delivery.
N-Dealz also reserves the right to cancel an order placed by the customer in
case the order cannot be full filled due to reasons such as unavailability of
the stock, incorrect address, delivery address is outside our delivery zone,
unable to contact you while confirming the order etc. In both the cases
mentioned above, complete amount charged shall be credited into the customer’s
account or can be utilized in future purchase.
